Fasty Connector Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Fasty Connector, provided by FIRMA LUI ADI SRL, Romania. By installing the app, the Shopify merchant accepts these terms.

Service

Fasty Connector helps merchants validate Shopify order data and create, print, reprint, cancel, and synchronize Speedy shipment labels. The app is an independent integration and is not an official Speedy product. A valid merchant Speedy account and contract are required.

Merchant responsibilities

The merchant remains responsible for shipment details, recipient data, packaging, declared contents, COD amounts, service selection, carrier charges, legal compliance, and reviewing each shipment before creation. Speedy's own contract and terms continue to apply.

Subscription

The Free plan includes up to 30 newly created AWBs in each rolling 30-day period. The Pro plan is USD $9.99 every 30 days with a 14-day free trial and includes up to 10,000 newly created AWBs in each rolling 30-day period. Reprints do not count as newly created AWBs. Shopify manages Pro approval, billing, cancellation, and applicable taxes. Speedy carrier charges remain separate and are governed by the merchant's Speedy contract.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of Shopify, Speedy, networks, or third-party infrastructure. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to subscription fees paid for the preceding three months and excludes indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Termination and contact

Merchants may cancel by uninstalling the app or ending the subscription in Shopify. We may suspend misuse that threatens security or other users. For support or legal notices, email ciocan.adr08@gmail.com.
